- By participating in the "Guess the Coins" activity, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Guess the Coins activity begins on 6 November, 2021 and ends on 7 November, 2021. Entries must be received by 7 November, 2021 to be eligible for the prize.
- Winner will be notified via the contact information they provided at time of entry. Return of any prize, or prize notification, as undeliverable, the inability of Mighty Jaxx International Pte Ltd to contact a winner based on contact information provided, the failure of a potential winner to claim a prize within seven (7) business days after notification, or potential winner ineligibility, will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected at Mighty Jaxx's discretion.
- All prizes won by minor(s) will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Mighty Jaxx International Pte Ltd reserves the right to offer an alternative prize if any prize is not available or under any other special circumstances.
- Any decision made by Mighty Jaxx International Pte Ltd in all matters relating to the activity is final, conclusive and binding, and no correspondence in relation thereto will be entered into.
- Mighty Jaxx International Pte Ltd reserves the right to vary, delete or add to any of the Terms and Conditions of this contest at any time at its absolute discretion without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any brochure, marketing or Game material relating to this Game, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- By participating in this activity, each Eligible Participant grants Mighty Jaxx International Pte Ltd a worldwide and irrevocable license to publicize his/her name and accompanying caption in such mode and manner as Mighty Jaxx International Pte Ltd considers fit.
- Mighty Jaxx International Pte Ltd will not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with this activity or with the acceptance or possession of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to, loss or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light).
