We’ve had the utmost pleasure of touring the Royal Selangor Visitor Centre, hosted by their amazing team. Shoutout to Zara and the rest of the Royal Selangor team for their hospitality, we most definitely received a royal welcome!

Our tour started off with an introduction to the long-standing history of Royal Selangor. For over a century, Royal Selangor has stood as a beacon of unparalleled craftsmanship and artistic excellence. Established in 1885 in Malaysia, Royal Selangor began its journey with humble origins as a small pewtersmithing shop. Yong Koon, the founder, utilized tin from local mines to create simple yet sophisticated household items.

As the years progressed, Royal Selangor evolved from crafting utilitarian items to producing intricate and luxurious pewterware. The brand's commitment to innovation and artistry has made Royal Selangor a globally recognizable brand that’s known for their quality and elegance.
